- Efforts will be made to publish the ad as per Art work and design. However, due to large print run reproduction slight deviation from the original artwork can occur, in any case request for free make good will not be entertained.
- Cancellation of Advertisement will only be accepted if at least 7 days advance notice is given in writing.
- Advertisement missed on the scheduled month may be published on the following month without seeking prior approval.
- For publishing any advertisement, proper release order is must.
- In case of dispute, Karachi shall be the place of jurisdiction for legal purposes.
- All payments should be made through cross cheque to Time Productions.
